Primero que nada manifestar que estoy impresionado por el dinamismo y la buena organización del evento y por la calidad de los ponentes. Creo que todos sabiamos que estamos ante grandes cambios en la manera de hacer negocios y en general un gran cambio de la Cultura Social en todo el mundo. Eso fue impresionante.

Dentro de mis notas del evento estan las siguientes:

Definición del concepto Enterprise 2.0
Como en todos los nuevos conceptos la ambiguedad esta presente y platicando con otros participantes vi que cada uno expresa su propia experiencia aunque estamos de acuerdo en que debe existir una definición global y en común de la E2.0.

Respecto a los conferencistas, sucedió de la misma manera, aunque el evento estuvo muy bien organizado y creo que fue un gran exito, mi opinión es que se debió buscar que los diferentes conferencistas ofrecieran una definición homogenea de lo que es la E2.0

La definición a la que llego despues de analizar las diferentes exposiciones es la siguiente:

Es una nueva forma de hacer empresa utilizando todas las herramientas de la Web 2.0 como plataforma de acción e interacción con todos sus clientes, socios, empleados o entre empresas.

Una de las cosas interesantes para mi y para mi empresa es la conclusión a la que se llego respecto a el modelo de sofware conocido como SaaS se mostró como el futuro del Software. Esto es reelevante para nosotros ya que nuestra plataforma de servicios es el modelo SaaS en nuestras diferentes soluciones de software. 

Se comentó que los directivos de las empresas requieren flexibilidad mientras que las área de TI de estas mismas empresas demandan seguridad en las diferentes aplicaciones SaaS.

Por otro lado, y me parece que es parte de la razón de porque no hay una definición clara,  mi sensación es de que la E2.0 no ha llegado completamente, pero esta muy proxima a llegar y no hay nada que pueda detener este suceso.

Las enseñanzas importantes son las siguientes:

• Es la gente joven la que esta impulsando fuertemente estas iniciativas.
• Cuando se crea un espacio de colaboración E2.0 se debe confiar en la audiencia. No controlar, dejar que sean los usuarios lo que van definiendo como será este espacio.
• No instalar por instalar servicios de la Web 2.0, hay que hacerlo como parte general de una estrategia de negocio y soportado por las diferentes áreas del negocio.
• La importancia de alinear los objetivos de TI a los de negocio y viceversa, ya que con la facilidad para instalar estar herramientas es posible que un ejecutivo ponga a la vista de todo el publico información confidencial de la empresa sin haber avisado a su área de TI.
• Las empresas que ofrecen soluciones business social networking son miles, algunas ofrecen todo y otras son muy especificas en el problema a solucionar.
• La E2.0 esta basada en las herramientas de la Web 2.0, por lo que las personas más hábiles para utilizar estas herramientas pueden ser de utilidad en su aplicación al negocio. 
• Y el punto anterior nos trae al siguiente; la llegada de la E2.0 también trae consigo nuevos roles y puestos de trabajo dentro y fuera de la empresa, redefinición de puestos que demandan nuevos conocimientos, habilidades y desarrollo de nuevas funciones. Como ejemplo el puesto de “Community Manager”, el cual traduzco a el español como Administrador de Comunidades, responsable de la interacción con los clientes a través de blogs, foros de discusión, etc y ser el vinculo entre los usuarios que utilizan estas herramientas y las diferentes áreas del negocio.
• Las herramientas de encriptado serán como las bolsas de aire de los autos.   

Lo que mas me impresionó:

• Todo lo que mencioné al principio y la organización del evento
• La aplicación de Oracle llamada “Social CRM” 
• Todo lo que se puede hacer con los Mashups
• La gran oportunidad para el nacimiento de nuevas empresas y consultoria en la adaptación de la E2.0 en las empresas actuales. (Razón principal de mi interes en esta Conferencia)
